Class Description

Butchering - November 16th, 1-3pm at June's Farm - 67597 Lostine River Road Cut & Wrap - November 23rd, 1-3pm at Southfork Grange - 317 Rosewell Street in Lostine Learn how to safely and respectfully butcher a lamb. Every participant will be able to take home lamb they have prepared! Free Participants are welcome to attend one or both classes. Registration required, space limited to 8 participants.
